When will my order ship?

As soon as you click “buy” we get to work!

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.

Shipping may be subject to delay in the event of a national holiday or extreme weather.

Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If after 5 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to generalvintageshop@gmail.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.

While we are not liable for lost packages, we want to make sure you receive your order so please reach out to us to let us know how we can help you find a fix!

How do I know my size?

Sizing with vintage clothes can be tricky. This is why we hand measure every piece that we sell and list the measurements below each product.

While we try our best to offer a recommended size, we strongly encourage you to compare your measurements with the listed measurement before purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, International customers please note that your order ships from the US and we are not responsible for any fees associated with duties or import taxes.

Why is my item stained or distressed?

All vintage clothing items are pre-loved (secondhand). Therefore, select items will come with stains, rips, and/or holes. Any level of distress on an item will be depicted either in the photos or in the product description below.

We do our best to stain treat and clean all items before selling however we are unable to get them all. We believe this makes our clothing extra unique.
